Meet the Team
We’re pleased to introduce you to the turf maintenance team that will be contributing to content on this blog.
Each are members of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the Central Penn Golf Course Superintendents Association.
Matt Malick
Director of Golf Courses and Grounds, Hershey Country Club
Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University. He has served as Superintendent of the West Course,East Course, and Hershey Links. He is also a 2003 scholarship winner from the Pennsylvania Turfgrass Council.
Josh Hampton
Golf Course Superintendent, Hershey Country Club
Josh received his Bachelors of Science degree from Penn State University. He has previously served as the Assistant Superintendent at Hershey Links and HCC West.
Brady Pnacek
Assistant Superintendent, Hershey Country Club, West Course
Brady received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Michigan Technological University 2011. He also received an Associate’s Degree from Penn State University in Turfgrass Science & Management in 2015. He spent 5 years as a member of the turf maintenance team at Midland Country Club and 3 years as an Assistant in Training at West Shore Country Club. He is excited to join the turf maintenance team here at Hershey Country Club.
Sam Yoder
Assistant Superintendent, East Course
Sam received a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University. In Hershey, he has also served as Spray Tech at HCC and Assistant Superintendent at Spring Creek Golf Course.
